| Understandably, marina operations downstream have been affected. Windmill Marina's staff has committed long days of rigorous labor in preparation for the 2011 spring flood. In addition, volunteers have worked in tandem with them to secure watercraft and marina property in anticipation of the high water. |

| Staff and volunteers have taken on many tasks, both large and small. The March 23 snowfall added another level of challenge to the efforts, which included moving or launching boats and elevating electrical service stations. |
|

| Most of the large, high profile boats (>34') were launched. Smaller, low profile boats (<34') were moved off the property. |
|
